We will feature 5 "unmarked" wines, 2 white and 3 red, served covered in foil, once everyone has had the opportunity to taste the wine, we will discuss what everyone is tasting, how to look for certain characteristics in a wine, how to read your palate and words to describe what you're tasting, what you do and do not care for about the wine and how to choose varietals based on those likes and dislikes. After we review each wine, we will unfoil the bottle and share the varietal with the group, giving everyone a chance to "check your instincts" if you will :) =0D=0A=

 At the end of the tasting you will decide which wines we bring in and feature on the list, =0D=0A=
 (i.e. "we love this one!"- it comes on the list, "this one is not very good"- out the door...)=0D=0A=
